A creamy, mineral-rich wellness drink made with Persian blue salt, banana, warm milk, and honey—designed to support hydration, recovery, and natural stamina.
Ingredients
½ teaspoon Persian blue salt
1 ripe banana
1 teaspoon honey
6–8 soaked almonds
¼ teaspoon cinnamon powder
1 cup warm milk (regular or almond)
Optional: ½ teaspoon ashwagandha powder
Optional: mint leaves or lemon juice
Instructions
1. Warm the milk in a small pot over low heat, but do not let it boil.
2. Add banana, soaked almonds, cinnamon, Persian blue salt, and optional ashwagandha into a blender.
3. Blend until smooth and creamy. Add more milk if needed for consistency.
4. Drizzle in honey and blend again briefly to combine.
5. Pour into a glass. Serve warm or chilled.
6. Garnish with mint leaves or a splash of lemon, if desired.
Notes
Use authentic Persian blue salt for true mineral content and flavor.
Do not exceed ½ teaspoon of blue salt per serving.
