Description
A simple pink salt recipe for weight loss that supports hydration, digestion, and reduced bloating when consumed daily.
Ingredients
1/8 to 1/4 tsp Himalayan pink salt
8–12 oz filtered or spring water
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1/2 tsp raw honey (optional)
Pinch of cayenne (optional)
Instructions
1. Warm the water slightly until lukewarm.
2. Add Himalayan pink salt and stir to dissolve.
3. Squeeze in fresh lemon juice and stir.
4. Add honey or cayenne if using. Mix again.
5. Sip slowly on an empty stomach before breakfast.
Notes
Start with a smaller amount of salt to see how your body responds.
Use a straw to protect teeth from lemon acidity.
